HR Conclave 2022
HR Conclave held at RVIM on 19th and 20th August 2022
RV Institute of Management conducted a two day “HR Conclave-2022” on 19th and 20th August 2022. The conclave brought the industry Leaders and Academia to the discussion platform to discuss on 4R’s Rethink, Redesign, Restructure and Reinforce HR policies and practices. Industry Leaders, Academicians and Students participated in the two-day event in two panel discussion along with student driven competition HR Trivia, HR Simulation and Case Study Presentation judged by industry practitioners.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Human Resources is the field, which requires updating and imbibing of the latest trends of the industry. Taking the same into consideration, we at RV Institute of Management are organizing HR Conclave 2022.
In perspective of recent happenings, essence of human interaction has come forth to be the solution in dealing with pandemic and its effects. In this context “HR CONCLAVE 2022” aims at breaking all the barriers by providing a platform where industry and academia reunite to RETHINK, REDESIGN, RESTRUCTURE AND REINFORCE the ever-evolving face of human resource.
OBJECTIVES
- Engage with industry-think tank in introducing the new thoughts on “CHANGING WORKPLACE”
- Provide an interactive forum for proposing and exchanging ideas of a “CHANGING WORKFORCE”
- Participate in an array of events at the HR CONCLAVE – which brings out your inquisitiveness in offering creative solutions.
