International Womens Day

THURSDAY  8 MARCH,  2018
International Women’s day was celebrated at our Institute with the blend of philosophy, encouraging creativity and a call to build up harmonious society. As part of the celebrations various events were organized for the studnets and the winners were feliciatated. The events inlcude Bewilder (Picture Puzzles), Rollenspiel (Plans with role Play), Montage (Collage), Shabd (Word Game).A Panel Discussion was held with the theme KI-Ka- The reality and a myth.  Ki is a highly motivated and career driven woman. She aims to become successful in the business world and also leads for more women to become career-minded, instead of just accepting the traditional fate of a housewife. KA is a man who has no real aspirations to hold a day job or be permanently employed. He wishes to be a ‘house-husband’, having been inspired by the life that his mother lived as a housewife. The panelist includes eminent Women Achievers likeMs. Jagadishwari, Chairperson Training( AWAKE );Ms. Vijayashree S.R- Network Engineer, VMware;
Ms. Manasa Jagadeesh – Chartered Accountant; Ms. Jyoti Pahadsingh – Co-Founder GREENBUG.The cultural programmes which include musical performances and Skit Titled “ Madhu the life line” performed by II semester students. To earmark the celebrations in the Evening Candle Light March was organized from the Institute to Jayanagar 9th Block and back to the Institute. The Staff members, Students and Senior Citizens from computer Literacy Programme participated in the programme.
