The Resource person explained the participants about the importance of performance management in organizations and various methods of appraising employees in organizations. He has discussed about SMART Goals, Performance Review and Feedback, Performance Improvement and Development Plan. During the session he has also discussed about a model performance review template with real time examples. The seminar was concluded with Question and Answer session.

Mr.ManuKidave has an overall around 25 years of work experience, with about 18 years in HR. Other stints include Sales / Sales Commercial, Factory Logistics and Public Relations. In HR, he has worked in the areas Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development. He has also led / delivered projects related to Performance Management and Competence Building in my experience. He has worked across locations viz. Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore and have driven HR / IR for different locations. His past Organizations include Siemens India Ltd, SKF India Ltd.
